I’m thrilled to share some exciting news for travel enthusiasts: Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are launching flights from London Luton Airport in the summer of 2025!
Jet2 is rolling out an extensive range of flights and holiday packages to 17 sought-after sunny destinations. London Luton will become Jet2’s 13th UK base, with operations commencing on 1st April 2025. The very first flight will depart for Majorca, marking an exciting new chapter for both Jet2 and travelers in the region.
This expansion responds to strong demand from travelers and travel agents across London, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire. In total, around 430,000 seats will be available, with up to 36 weekly flights to destinations like the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, mainland Spain, Portugal, and Turkey. Jet2 will also offer weekly flights to Greece, Italy, and Madeira, with exclusive routes from Luton to destinations like Girona, Madeira, and Verona.

Jet2 Holidays destinations from Luton
Mainland Spain: Up to four weekly flights to Alicante, Sunday flights to Girona, and two weekly flights to Reus.
Canary Islands: Up to three flights weekly to Tenerife, two each to Gran Canaria and Lanzarote, plus Sunday flights to Fuerteventura.

Balearic Islands: Up to two flights per week to Ibiza and six weekly flights to Majorca.Portugal: Up to four weekly flights to Faro and exclusive Monday flights to Madeira.
Greece and Turkey: Weekly flights to Crete (Heraklion), Rhodes, and Zante in Greece, along with two weekly flights to Antalya and Dalaman in Turkey.
Italy: An exclusive weekly Wednesday service to Verona from Luton.
