With a prolific career that dates back to the 70s—and with immortal hits like Total Eclipse of the Heart and Holding Out for a Hero to her credit—the Welsh pop icon Bonnie Tyler, now 71, has been booked to appear at the Iberia Festival in Benidorm on Saturday, October 8.

The festival will begin on October 7 at the Julio Iglesias Auditorium and will feature a line-up of international stars, as well as Spanish legends such as rock singer Loquillo.

Also on stage will be the nineties rock band M Clan and modern artists such as Los Zigarros and B.O.W.

Tickets to the event range from €45 to €75 and can be bought online.

10th anniversary of the festival

This year’s festival will be the tenth to be held in Benidorm. In 2021, the Julio Iglesias Auditorium hosted two editions of the musical event, to compensate for its absence during the Covid-19 health crisis.

The Iberia Festival is yet another example of the commitment to music in Benidorm. This summer the Low Festival returned and the Boombastic premiered in the town.
